SHIPPING POLICY

Each item sold through this webstore comes with its own story and process. Most of the objects are handmade,  made to order or personalised.

Not all the products might be currently in stock, some of them may require lead times from 6-8 weeks depending on the products.

Therefore shipping times might vary individually.

Limited Edition Prints are usually shipped within 6 days.

In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods. We will provide you with a cost which will be added to the total amount.

For delivery outside the UK, you will be responsible for obtaining all necessary licences and complying with all applicable legislation and regulations in relation to the export of goods from the UK and the importation into your destination country. You will also be responsible for the payment of any applicable import duties and taxes but we may be able to advise you as to the likely costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You are not able to cancel your contract for any goods ordered from us which are bespoke or personalised.

For any other goods if you wish to cancel an order before the goods are dispatched, please email natascha@nataschamadeiski.com

Non bespoke goods can be returned for a full refund at any time up to seven working days after the day you received our order by informing us in writing at natascha@nataschamadeiski.com. You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them and at your own cost and risk.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days to the same card used to pay for the purchase.

If your goods are faulty or incorrect, you must let us know in writing by sending an email to natascha@nataschamadeiski.com

You must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them. Only in the case of faulty or incorrect goods we will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
